Vegan Wines
Wine can basically be considered a vegetable and therefore vegan product. However, in order to remove wine after fermentation of turbidity or prevent subsequent turbidity wines are fined using various filtration methods. Winemaking
The winemaking begins either substantially with the recovery of the must for white wine or with the fermentation of the must for red wine vinification. To remove this sediment particles and prevent them wines are fined as the last step of the winemaking and a special filtration method run.
